After receiving your approval notice. All stall payments must be finalized by the due date provided prior to the festival.
Vendor Fees are non-refundable. Vendors are required to submit full payment to reserve space.
Only ONE Business Category per Vendor application is allowed. Unless discussed and approved by Kasi Vibe Festival.
Beverage Vendors are strictly only allowed to sell ciders, beer and soft drinks ONLY. The consignment stock is strictly bought from depot onsite. Failure to Adhere will result in removal from venue and forfeiture of vending fee.
Food Vendors are strictly only allowed to sell food ONLY. Failure to Adhere will result in removal from venue and forfeiture of vending fee.
Kasi Vibe Festival reserves the right to assign spaces.
7. Kasi Vibe Festival may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

Vendors are responsible for all necessary permits, insurances and licenses required for the preparation, display and sale of merchandise as required by Namibia Regulatory Authorities.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the vending space clean and undamaged when inspected. Vendors are responsible for proper disposal of trash.
Kasi Vibe Festival and its affiliated members are indemnified from and against any and all liability, losses, cost, expenses, damages and recoveries which any indemnities may suffer or incur by reason of any alleged or actual breach of any presentation warranty or agreement made.
Vendor must submit an itemized list of products for sale period.
Vendor Applicats must strictly be above the age of 18. Unless discussed and approved by Kasi Vibe Festival.
