It is against this background that Kasi Vibe strives to create a platform closer to the people in the location with the objectives to bring out young entrepreneurs and SMEs to come out and showcase their innovative products and assist our sponsors to build their brands while empowering youth in the process.

1. When does Kasi Vibe Festival starts and end?

The planned dates for Vol.13 are from 5-8 October 2023, Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia.

3. How do I apply to sell my products at Kasi Vibe?

Submit your application form during the trader application period on our website here. Applications are due on 30th June 2023. Only successful applicants will be contacted. Late applications will not be considered.

4. Will there be ATM facilities available?

Yes, however we suggest that attendees come prepared to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment such as queuing or technical issues.

5. What should i know/bare in mind?

- Children are welcome to the festival. The festival is a family friendly zone. HOWEVER, Children are NOT allowed in the VIP Area, and Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are not allowed at the Kasi Vibe Festival
- Kids younger than 10 years of age Enter for FREE

6. Should my business be registered if i want a stall?

No, Its not a requirement.

7. How much does it cost?

All the payment information are under application section, depending on the business category and your preferred vendor space you are applying for.
N$50 is compulsory except for Services/Products and Corporate stalls. This fee does not guarantee you a stall. It is to process your application.

8. Can I give away my ticket to a friend or someone else?

Beyond doubt, Yes.

9. I’m a member of the media. How do I get a media pass?

10. Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

No, Food or drinks are not allowed into the festival. There are food and drinks on sale at the venue.
