Kasi” remains the common slang used amongst the young people in the location to refer to the location they are from, home. It is against this background that Kasi Vibe strives to create a platform closer to the people in the location with the objectives to bring out young entrepreneurs and SMEs to come out and showcase their innovative products and assist our sponsors to build their brands while empowering youth in the process.

1. When does the Kasi Vibe Festival start and end?
The Official Planned Dates are from OCT 5 AT 10 AM – OCT 8 AT 11:45 PM , Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek, Khomas Region, Namibia.
Due to COVID-19, these operation hours might change, stay informed on our useful info page and Social media.
2. How do I apply to perform at the festival as an artist?
You will need to contact us through our contact information and also through our social media handles.

3. How do I apply to sell my products at Kasi Vibe?
Submit your application form during the trader application period on our website here. Applications open on the 17 May 2023 to the XXXXX. Only successful applicants will be contacted and will then be required to pay the stall fee to secure a space at Kasi Vibe. Late applications will not be considered.
4. Will there be ATM facilities available?
Yes, however we suggest that attendees come prepared to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment such as queuing or technical issues.
5. What should i know/bare in mind?
- Children are welcome to the festival. The festival is a family friendly zone. HOWEVER, Children are NOT allowed in the VIP Area, and Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are not allowed at the Kasi Vibe Festival
- Kids Young than 10 years of age Enter for FREE
6. Should my business be registered if i want a stall?
No, Its not a requirement.
7. How much does it cost?
All the payment information are under application section, depending on the business category and your prefered vendor space you are applying for, please also take note that you only send your payment to us after your application has been approved.
