Stalls are of standard size. Stallholders will not be allowed to take up more space unless prior arrangements have been made. Sites for stalls will be allocated as seen appropriate by the MTC Kasi Vibe Festival Team.

1. Complete the official application form.
2. A non-refundable application fee of N$50.00 applies.
3. Successful applicants will be notified once their application has been approved.
4. All payments must be processed via MTC MARIS
5. Application deadline: 29 May 2026

Afterreceiving your approval notice. All stall payments must be finalized by the due date provided prior to the festival. Only ONE classification per stall application is allowed. For example, only beverages in a beverage stall unless discussed and approved by MTC Kasi Vibe festival. Stalls allocations are the responsibility of the Festival Manager and stall allocations will be advised by email prior to the Festival day Kasi Vibe Festival may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
